A top Rockland County based company seeks an Inside Sales Manager to join their team. The goals of the position include setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs with a goal of motivating and helping their team achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities Outline:
- Responsible for the KPIs of the Inside Sales team, including motivation for the team to hit those targets and adjusting where necessary.
- Targets as shown by the weekly Sales PPT & Sales huddles..
- Work in conjunction with HR on the hiring and training of new team members.
- Coaching and onboarding new team members.
- Oversee Sales Reporting including the weekly Sales KPI's & Monthly Sales Reporting.
- Create strategic plans for the future of the Inside Sales Team when necessary.
- Manage & Oversee the Inside Sales Processes, Customer Support Metrics, Inbound & Outbound Call Quality/Coaching.
KPI's:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Customer Oriented.
