INSIDE SALES / ONBOARDING TEAM

We are looking for an Inside Sale and Onboarding Team for a top fashion company. The Onboarding Team is responsible for onboarding all new accounts. This team provides a consistent caring first contact and follow up calls in an effort to have all new accounts activate by placing orders.

Responsibilities:

• Support the system entry efforts to support master data governance policies
• Ability to self direct data processing request forms received via request tracking tool and take direction from Manager while ensuring at least 99% accuracy of entries into the system
• Work on projects such as the analysis of reports, data, communications, and data maintenance, based on specific data validation rules
• Data entry and maintenance for core business systems
• Perform data entry functions as requested through request system
• Execute and validate Data Testing, including other system interfaces
• Data entry in to SAP IS Retail, PLM, JDA, JB, etc
• Prioritize workload based on requested due date and type of projects
• Support team members and new initiatives as
• Detailed oriented- Has ability to conduct system data plans and perform data validation- Superior typing and administrative skil

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of MS Office
• Communication Skill: Ability to guide new accounts through a phone call helping them to navigate different ordering portals
• Ability to Troubleshoot and remain calm during difficult situations
• Work with a team Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications
• Experience speaking to clients Required levels/ Years of
• Experience education - Higher education preferred but not required
