EOE and AAP CompliantRequisitesHigh school diploma or equivalent.This position reports directly to the Parts Department Manager.This position is considered regular, full-time, and requires a minimum in-office schedule of 40 hours per week.3 years related experience (preferred on marine/power generation industries).ResponsibilitiesConsult with customers to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.Communicate and provide information to supervisors and co-workers by telephone, in written form, email and in person.Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.Maintain customer information such as contract forms, contact names, change of address records, phone numbers, email addresses and new account information.Enter, record, store, or maintain information in electronic/magnetic form.Prepare customer invoices for the electronic file and the shipping department.Answer customer questions about products, availability, product uses, and credit terms.Correspond with customers regarding information of production progress and costs.Confer with sales team for required information to process purchase orders.Discuss use and features of various parts, based on knowledge of machines or equipment.Other RequisitesValid driver's license and dependable transportation.Must agree to (and pass) a background check, physical (if applicable), and drug screening testing.Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.Experience in reading instructional manuals and technical drawings preferred.BenefitsHealth, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance (employee coverage paid by company) after 30 days.401K with an employer 5% match.Two weeks PTO time your first year and paid holidays.Employee Educational Assistance program.To be considered for this position please submit your resume through our company website at: www.Vulkanjobs.comNOTICE: Job ads are distributed to many platforms, including social media.
