About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Foodservice industry. In this role, you will be a key player in driving sales success by actively supporting the sales team and ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to support customers. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, assist in providing the best solutions, and contribute to overall sales strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service to support growth and customer retention.Your success will be measured by your ability to provide proactive and reliable support to the sales team, build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, generate high-quality leads, and meet or exceed sales goals.Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in inside sales Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwarePreferred Qualifications: Experience in the Foodservice industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Experience with Salesforce CRM Experience with Cut & Dry Bilingual in English and SpanishResponsibilities: Provide ongoing support to the sales team by assisting with lead qualification, proposal preparation, and customer follow-up Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and help tailor solutions to meet their requirements Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales calls and emails Maintain and grow existing accounts by delivering exceptional customer service Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and report generation to support the sales team's efforts Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targetsSkills: As an Inside Sales Rep, your success will depend on your ability to support the sales team in a fast-paced environment while building strong relationships with customers. You will need excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to engage with both internal teams and external customers. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to manage multiple priorities effectively.
