Job Description:
As a Bilingual Parts Sales Representative with BW Converting Solutions, you would play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service by translating customer needs into tailored solutions that drive product sales and foster strong relationships. This dynamic role involves managing a high-volume sales pipeline, preparing competitive quotes, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer purchase and service requirements. With a consultative approach, you will ensure customer satisfaction while identifying new opportunities to support business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
* Drive product sales by identifying and securing direct sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships to generate and develop sales leads.
* Serve as a technical and business resource to support customer inquiries and internal teams.
* Prepare pricing and quotations using a consultative approach to align with customer needs and behaviors.
* Proactively manage the sales pipeline, following up on quotes and analyzing competition to secure orders.
* Collaborate with equipment, modification, and service teams to deliver tailored, customer-centric solutions.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional support, effective presentations, and responsive communication.
* Utilize ERP systems for order management, pricing, and tracking customer transactions and documentation.
* Identify opportunities for adjacent services, such as equipment upgrades, modifications, and audits, to generate additional sales.
* Maintain organized records, CRM data, and consistent communication with team members to support seamless operations.
* Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Associate's degree in a business related major and 1 years of inside sales experience or 3 years of equivalent work experience
* 1+ years' experience with ERP systems
* Bilingual (Ability to read, write and speak in both English and Spanish fluently)
* Must be comfortable moving through various computer programs
