Salary:
- $45,000 base salary
- 0.2% commission paid on all closed deals generated by your leads. Uncapped.
Schedule & Location:
- Full-time
- Hybrid: In-office and work-from-home
- The position will have five total work days each week (8-hour shifts) and require work during the weekend on a rotational basis.
- We are located in the heart of Houston in vibrant Montrose. We have quick access to dozens of charming shops and restaurants, not only in Montrose but also in nearby Midtown, River Oaks, The Heights, and Upper Kirby.
Job Overview:
- We are looking for talented, driven professionals who are passionate about sales and customer service to join our team! You will engage with potential customers via telephone, text, WhatsApp, and social media.
- As the first point of contact our customers will encounter, your ability to make a good impression and qualify their level of interest will be paramount. A friendly, energetic, and talkative personality will succeed in this position.
- Proactive communication with clients by telephone, text, WhatsApp, and social media messaging
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads prior to handing them over to the sales team, who will assist the customer further by showing them the property and moving them to the contract phase.
- Be knowledgeable on Liberation Ranches' business so that its portfolio can be explained to clients
- The position is long-term and full-time, with ample opportunities for growth within the organization.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED → required
- Fluent in English and Spanish for both verbal and written communications. Is able to do so in a friendly, confident, and articulate manner → required
- Passionate – You love being the tip of the spear in a sales/marketing organization, creating unforgettable first impressions, and enabling the broader sales team to close deals → required
- Inside sales, sales support, sales operations, or outbound sales/marketing sales experience → strongly preferred
- Experience using Sales & Marketing productivity tools and CRM systems → strongly preferred
- Organized, highly motivated, process and goal-oriented self-starter. Excellent time-management skills
- Able to think on your feet and pivot conversations in real-time
- Flexibility and adaptability - Ability to take and provide feedback
- Team Player – Good sense of humor, humble, competitive, collaborative

- A background check that shows no felonies
- At least one year of full-time work experience
- Strong references
- Experience using Microsoft Office, most importantly Word and Excel. You also are comfortable using Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (especially on the phone)
- Exquisite attention to detail

- Bilingual (English and Spanish – native or near-native proficiency)
- Willing to make 50+ outbound calls daily (note: this would be in response to inbound leads. This is not a cold calling position).
