Description: Job Description: We are looking for a highly self- motivated Inside Sales Representative to achieve inside sales revenue goals by obtaining and upselling orders, creating customer satisfaction, and adding value to the customer's buying experience. This is a great opportunity to join a leading distribution company focused on customer service and expanding our market share. Inside Sales Representatives will be expected to: Partner with outside sales professionals to drive profi growth Market products and offer value-added services to customers Develop strong business relationships in growing existing accounts Prospecting for opportunities within the account base Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales and national accounts Keep abreast of new products acquire and relay competitive knowledge Successful Candidates Will Possess: Inside Sales experience within a similar industry -2 years required: 3 years preferred Experience in telephone sales or business development - 2 years required: 3 years preferred Familiarity with performing both pricing and quotation work - preferred Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high energy environment Capable of meeting and or exceeding monthly activity and sales goals Experience: Inside Sales: 2 years ( Required ) Product knowledge in Electrical, Safety, MRO and Datacom ( Preferred ) Familiarity working with Industrial and Oil/ Gas accounts ( Preferred ) Education: High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree preferredCandidate Must Have:
Inside Sales experience - 2 years Customer Service skills Pricing & Quotation experience Electrical product knowledge
