Position Responsibilities: The Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Solutions (ISR) is responsible for driving revenue goals within an assigned portfolio of customers and target geography by providing an exceptional customer experience from lead to delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to our core values (Customer Driven, Entrepreneurial Spirit, and One Team-One vision). As the internal advocate to our customers and primary partner to our Territory Account Managers, the ISR role is key to the success of the organization.
Duties of the ISR include: - Execute accurate and timely quoting, order entry, and follow up
- Coordinate with partners and Territory Account Managers (TAM's) within top tier INS accounts
- Assist clients and prospects in product selection and recommend complimentary solutions to expand the sale to existing customers where appropriate
- Conduct timely and effective lead follow up proactively engaging potential INS customers
- Assist team members in navigating partner and customer organizations to quickly resolve issues
- Work closely with assigned TAM to support top tier customers
- Develop and maintain a strong funnel of opportunities.
- Identify and elevate second tier customers to top tier customers through service and coordination with assigned TAM
- Provide exemplary customer service for assigned region from lead to delivery
- Develop strong relationships with key customer and partner stakeholders
Qualifications Include: - Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to learn and understand INS solutions and how they help our customers
- Expertise in navigating complex customer and partner organizations
- Team oriented and disciplined in day-to-day duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform, online research tools, and virtual meeting platforms
- Expertise in efficiently navigating partner quoting and execution platforms that help transact and grow our business (i.e. eDesk, Partner Portal, CCW, etc.)
- 5 years experience in customer service preferred
- Customer focused self-starter who is comfortable navigating ambiguous situations
