Position Details:This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday during standard business hours. Compensation will be based on the qualifications of applicant.Location: This is a Hybrid REMOTE/ONSITE opportunity in Chattanooga, TN. Candidate must reside in the US and be work authorized. These qualified leads will be forwarded to our RMBD (Relationship Management & Business Development) teams. The Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for gaining new leads and converting them into ongoing customers by building lasting connections and relationships.•Communicating with prospects, potential partners, and customers, making outbound calls / emails and other digital deliveries.•Understanding customers' and prospect needs and identifying sales opportunities.•Answering potential customers' and prospect questions and sending additional information per email.•Keeping up with product and service information and updates.•Work closely with marketing and other teams to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.•Track and manage sales leads and opportunities using our CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.•Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.•Demonstrating consultative business development skills by presenting features of products and services based on customer and prospect needs / objectives.•Staying informed about competing products and services.•Upselling products and services.•Researching and qualifying new leads.•Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, providing regular updates to management.•Closing sales and achieving sales targets with a goal to exceed all KPI's.Requirements•1+ years of experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.•Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as HubSpot.•Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well collaboratively as part of a team.•Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.•Excellent phone and cold calling skills.•Exceptional customer service skills.•Strong listening and sales skills.Education and/or Certifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
