As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a vital role in Kyocera's sales pipeline generation efforts. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and initiating conversations with potential customers. Your efforts will contribute directly to the growth and success of Kyocera's sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

+ Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and lead generation tools.

+ Qualify leads and opportunities to determine their fit with Kyocera's products and services, and their potential for conversion into sales opportunities.

+ Conduct thorough research on target accounts and decision-makers to tailor outreach efforts and messaging effectively.

+ Initiate and engage in conversations with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and articulate how Kyocera's solutions can address their requirements.

+ Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and campaign strategies.

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).

+ Follow up persistently on leads and opportunities to progress them through the sales funnel, setting appointments and arranging demos where appropriate.

+ Provide regular updates and reports on prospecting activities, pipeline status, and key metrics to the VP of Corporate Marketing.

Qualifications:

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

+ Previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.

+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

+ Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and objectives.

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

+ Proficiency in using CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred) and other sales productivity tools.

+ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred:

+ Experience in inside sales or telemarketing.

+ Familiarity with sales prospecting techniques and tools, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

+ Knowledge of the technology industry and understanding of Kyocera's products and services.

+ Experience working with sales and marketing automation tools.
