Job Description:
Job Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeShift: Monday-Friday: 8:00am- 5:00pmPay: $20/hr.An Inside Sales Representative calls, qualifies and cultivates lead accounts. The individual's efforts will be focused on reaching out to unmanaged customers that meet specific criteria for qualification and potentially be managed by a Key Account Manager or a Field Account Manager. The candidate will represent the entire range of company products and services.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBIITES:
  • Focuses on proactive contacts to unmanaged customers to uncover potential opportunities for growth and account management.
  • Prioritizing and scheduling sales calls, sending personalized emails and cleansing buyer and shipping information to keep the accounts current.
  • Utilizes prepared call guides, probing techniques and creating individualized email templates to qualify and profile prospective and existing sales accounts.
  • Building new buyers and key decision makers on each account as a KPI to increase the number of potential buyers per account.
  • Present, prepared value propositions to each account and get a better understanding of their needs to offer them product and service-based solutions.
  • Review and analyze various reports utilizing MS Excel to identify sales potential, trends and areas of opportunities within a specific customer base.
  • Responding to customer requests for placing orders, researching products and high-volume quoting submitted by fax, phone or e-mail. Follow up on all quotes, samples or literature requests.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Should be honest, assertive, systematic with exceptional customer service qualities.
  • Understand business and sales principles.
  • Highly energetic and self-starter
  • Feels comfortable making critical business decisions aligned with growth initiatives.
  • Proficient computer and typing skills which include but not limited to proficiency in CRM Software, MS Office programs and typing at least 35 wpm.
  • Ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of a customer's organization.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
