Overview:

The phenomenal growth of United Site Services is a direct result of our incredibly talented inside sales teams. We are expanding again and need inside sales professionals with the energy and enthusiasm to establish and build customer relationships. As a Territory Inside Sales Representative (TISR) your primary focus will be to execute outbound sales call campaigns designed to grow new and existing business. After thoughtfully engaging both customers and prospects, you will rank them by revenue potential, and either close them with your team or delegate accordingly.

Responsibilities:
  • Heavy emphasis on targeted outbound calls, cold calling companies within the territory, and establishing needs
  • Build and maintain the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques
  • Conduct effective sales presentations of the company's product line as it pertains to each customer's individual needs
  • Take daily calls and manage to completion as well as manage emails effectively
  • Act as liaison between customers, sales, field operations, and office personnel to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
  • Document sales activities, and generate quotes and orders using Salesforce
  • Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
  • Work to revenue targets and KPI's as set by Supervisor. Utilize outside sources to assist in driving KPI's and manage performance intelligently
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
  • Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Prospecting / Cold Calling / Referral generation
  • Proven track record of building business and hitting sales targets
  • Strong PC proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)
  • Salesforce proficiency experience a plus
  • Customer care and sales experience, including customer relationship development and referral generation
  • Ability to solution sell-through value alignment to differentiate USS offerings from the competition
  • Teamwork with all sales channels and operations

  • Excellent follow-up skills (leads, issue resolution, etc.)

  • Keep up to date with industry news to identify opportunities for new business and industry knowledge
  • Know the critical steps of projects and project management

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
