Adecco is currently assisting a local technology client recruitingInside Sales Representatives in Dover, NH. This Inside Sales job is a temp to hire opportunity, with a starting base pay rate of $18+/HR, plus incentives / commission and overtime!Job Duties / Requirements:Schedule sales appointmentsProvide excellent communication and phone skillsWork independently in a fast-paced environmentCold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leadsWork with clients to create solutions for their needsConsult through the sales processMake between 80+ outbound calls each dayMust be able to produce at or above assigned productivity targetsUnderstanding client needs and offering solutions and supportResearching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resourcesQualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clientsQualifications:At least 2 years of customer service skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentOutgoing andpositive personalityWell-spokenEnergeticIf you are interested in this position, please apply to this posting with your resume!Pay Details: $18.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
