Eaton's Electrical division is currently seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role is HYBRID, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. The expected annual salary range for this role is $63,000- $92,400 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you'll do:- Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations and requirements. Position will be responsible for meeting or exceeding both an individual and a team goal.
- Prepare sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations.
- Prepare sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness.
- Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects.
- Administer all phases of sales process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response.
- Generate quotes and special pricing requests.
- Partner with sales Representatives, Distributors, and End-Users to reach regional sales goals.
- Handle calls related to price checks, delivery times, inventory availability, literature requests, and order status from key sales Representatives, Distributors and End-Users.
Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales or sales support
- Technical Selling Experience. Knowledge of Power Quality and IT Markets
- Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales or sales support within a corporate and/or product line environment.
