Job Summary:

We're seeking proactive, self-motivated individuals to join our amazing sales team. As the Inside Sales Support Representative, you'll be pivotal in handling incoming battery, accessory, and retrofit requests, preparing quotes, closing sales, and delivering proactive support for an enhanced customer experience. Job Duties:

  • Respond to all incoming battery, accessory, and retrofit requests
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to determine warranty statuses, and parts needed to ensure quote accuracy
  • Prepare all quotes for battery/accessory orders
  • Follow up, negotiate, and close all battery/accessory and retrofit sales
  • Proactively reach out to customers with tips on how to best maintain their equipment and offer appropriate accessories for their signs
  • Collaborate with territory representatives, and account managers to upsell both new signs, and TraffiCloud subscriptions
  • Assist the sales team with creating and mailing informational folders to send to prospects
  • Manage the All Traffic Solutions websites live chat to route customer and prospect questions to the correct personnel within the company.
  • Assist in managing summer sales interns

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in sales experience or a similar role
  • Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales
  • Stellar customer service skills required to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Strong follow up ability & selling experience
  • Experience and proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM
  • Resourceful, able to balance multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Strong organization skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive energy and ability to work in a team environment
  • Technical competence including advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and

Word
