Inside Sales Team LeaderAbout Us:Our Client relies on a fast moving, high performing Sales Team with a People First mindset to drive companygrowth. The Inside Sales Team Leader role will grow and maintain a book of business accounts and keeping their loyalcustomer base happy!Purpose of Role:To manage their Inside Sales department, including setting and achieving Sales Targets and KPIs. This is astrategic role that includes motivating and leading their Sales Team while ensuring Sales Reporting is conducted in atimely manner, along with developing strategies with management around achieving aggressive revenue growthtargets.Core Responsibilities Outline:Responsible for the KPIs of the Inside Sales team, including motivation for the team to hit those targets andadjusting where necessary.Targets as shown by the weekly Sales PPT & Sales huddles.30 Minute Response Time.Phone Answering Speed (3 seconds).Work in conjunction with HR on the hiring and training of new team members.Coaching and onboarding will be your responsibility, HR will be available to assist as a resource.Development and implementation of an effective daily time zone.Oversee Sales Reporting including the weekly Sales PPT & Monthly Sales Reporting.Create strategic plans for the future of the Inside Sales Team when necessary.Manage & Oversee:Inside Sales Processes.Customer Support Metrics.Inbound & Outbound Call Quality/Coaching.New Team Member Onboarding.Team Member Task/Quote Management.KPI's:Team Sales.Team KPIs.Overall Sales Order Accuracy.Phone Answering Speed.Team NPS.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree.Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience.Busines to Business Sales experience requiredProficient in Excel.Customer Oriented.Perks:Great medical, dental & vision benefits.401(k) matching program.Paid time off, and paid holidays.Team-first mindset.Career growth opportunities.
