Job Description:
Start as part-time, hourly. $23/hour with the ability to become salaried/full time, Commissions for appointments set.- Work out of Westerville, Ohio Multivista office. Supplied with your own office space, laptop/monitor, phone, etc.- We're seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative who is ready to join an industry leader, working an exclusive territory, in a booming market- Set a minimum of 6-8 appointments per week (For the Outside Sales Manager) by prospecting current and potential customers through outbound calls and emails- Identify, develop, and maintain client contacts on a project-by-project basis- Confidently and comfortably communicate with a diverse range of clients within the private and public-sector construction industries, including Owner/ Developers, General Contractors, Construction Managers, Engineers, and Architects- Drive customer engagement by identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships through pro-active and exceptional customer service- Enter and maintain all account and project contact information, including outreach activity and appointments, in the Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system- Coordinate and prioritize meetings by collaborating with Sales team and OwnerYou currently reside in the Columbus, Ohio areaYou are self-driven, have a strong work ethic, exceptional time management and organizational skills, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilitiesYou have lead generation, lead prospecting, and/or appointment setting experience with proven results(Applicants with experience setting appointments for B2B software or service sales, SaaS, and/or construction industry experience are strongly encouraged to apply)You consistently achieve or exceed established quarterly and annual appointment goals and objectivesYou have experience working in Salesforce (preferred) or other complex CRM systemYou are a career-oriented team playerTraining and strong management support offered
