Travel Requirements: Up to 20%A career in our Insourced Solutions for Tax practice will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. As a tax managed services solution, our clients shift their tax department's operations to our team, where we leverage our experience to provide scalable resources, processes, and tools to solve their most pressing challenges. You'll work in close collaboration with other PwC professionals with a wealth of in-house experience across a variety of tax disciplines. You'll provide services and support to our clients beyond that of a typical engagement, expanding your knowledge of tax operations while delivering on their full tax lifecycle. The International Tax team within Insourced Solutions for Tax provides multinational clients with complete tax life-cycle services including US and cross-border tax forecasting, provision, US international tax compliance and reporting, and a forward-looking approach to addressing tax controversy. Our team coordinates with the PwC global network on international tax compliance. We offer curated client-tailored solutions using a managed services approach that leverages PwC's technology solutions. - In-depth quantitative analyses including earning and profit studies, subpart F, GILTI, FDII and foreign tax credit computations;
- Foreign tax reporting and international taxation compliance regulations;
- Assisting companies to understand and assess the tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions; and,
- Possessing extensive knowledge of corporate tax including tax research, compliance and consulting within an international taxation environment; and the practices of public accounting firms, law firms or multinational company corporate tax departments. Demonstrates extensive level abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- In-depth quantitative analyses including earning and profit studies, subpart F, GILTI, FDII and foreign tax credit computations;
- Foreign tax reporting and international taxation compliance regulations;
- Assisting companies to understand and assess the tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions; and,
- Possessing extensive knowledge of corporate tax including tax research, compliance and consulting within an international taxation environment; and the practices of public accounting firms, law firms or multinational company corporate tax departments.
