INSPECTION/FEED ASSOCIATEJOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Hourly Non-ExemptJOB OVERVIEW:MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The inspection/feed associate prepares and positions the product for the Scan Team. This position reports to the Scan or Big Box Scan Team Lead.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Inspect inbound product for obvious defectsCategorize each product as Like New, Open Box, or DamagedTest electronics at a basic level to assess general conditionMove products to the conveyor for the scanners to processPerform other tasks as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS:Must be available to work onsite Monday -- Friday 8 hours with a half hour lunch break, hours to be determined by workload and General ManagerMust be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team liftMust be able to stand and walk for hours at a timeMust be tech savvyMust be able to follow written directions and company policiesMust have High School Diploma or equivalentBENEFITS:Healthcare after 60 daysWeekly paychecksEmployee credit each week to bid on our items after 60 days401(k) with employer match after 90 daysEmployee Referral Program5 days PTO on the 1st of January after one year of employmentMAC.BID is an equal opportunity workplace.
