Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Operator to join our Quality Team. Based in Nogales-Mexico; the candidate will responsible for planning and inspection of all raw materials received at the plant, as well as maintenance and controls to ensure the optimal quality of the materials, in accordance with the company's quality policies. It has the responsibility and authority to comply with all activities related to quality and the environment, they must comply with the standards of IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 CURRENT VERSION.

Job responsibilities

Contribute to the fulfillment of the assigned programming.

Check that your station is safe and in good condition.

Check the air flow, cleanliness of the machines, conditions.

Perform pull test, where applicable.

Minimize the generation of scrap or waste.

Report any type of problem detected.

Use safety devices: safety guards, glasses, caps.

Re-work.

Responsible for applying the procedures of the Environmental Management System (SGA) specific to its operation to avoid or reduce the environmental impacts related to its area.
