Job Type: Project-based Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM (CST) Optional 8-hour shifts on Saturdays

Summary:

This project-based role focuses on inspecting finished goods and documenting pass/fail results. Inspectors will work on a production line, handling physical goods to ensure they meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect components, subassemblies, and assemblies before they reach sellable inventory.
• Conduct quick visual inspections of materials from suppliers.
• Perform tests using instruments and equipment to ensure product quality.
• Test, measure, and analyze products, recording pass/fail rates.
• Compare products or materials with color charts, templates, or samples to ensure consistency.
• Handle and count the number of products inspected.
• Disassemble finished goods and inspect specific areas as instructed.
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have prior product inspection experience.
• Familiarity with working in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 45 lbs. for 25% of the shift.
• Comfortable working on your feet for the entirety of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Additional Information:

• Location Requirement: Candidates must be local to Fort Worth, Texas, and have reliable transportation.
• Safety equipment will be provided, including steel toe shoe covers, safety gloves, eye protection, and high-visibility vests.
• One interview will be required as part of the hiring process.
