This role involves working directly with residential clients to ensure the efficient setup of systems such as tank and tankless water heaters, water softeners, reverse osmosis units, and filtration systems. The position requires expertise in plumbing systems, excellent customer service skills, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Essential Job Functions:
- Install and replace water heaters (tank and tankless) and water treatment systems, including softeners, filters, and reverse osmosis units.
- Perform pre-installation site inspections to determine compatibility and installation requirements.
- Ensure proper connection of plumbing, electrical, and gas components as needed.
- Test newly installed systems for proper functionality and address any issues promptly.
- Educate clients on the operation and maintenance of water heaters and treatment systems.
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company protocols.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work area.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing installations, particularly with water heaters and water treatment systems.
- Strong understanding of water heating and filtration technologies and components.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve installation challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with local plumbing and safety codes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift equipment, work in various environments, and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Washington Plumbing License (PL01 or PL02)
- Gas Mech-1
Salary Description $35.00 - $45.00 / hour DOE + Commission
