**Job Title: Install Technician**
**Job Description**
Responsible for assisting in the installation and support of heating solutions at a semiconductor facility. This role involves installing heat trace materials on various process lines, tool installation for semiconductor equipment, running wire, troubleshooting electrical issues, and handling equipment during the installation process. The job also includes insulation installation and ensuring the proper application of materials to prevent condensation and particulate buildup on lines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install heat trace material on process lines such as vacuum pipes, exhaust, and gas lines.
+ Conduct tool installations for semiconductor equipment.
+ Run wiring and troubleshoot basic electrical issues.
+ Handle equipment during the installation process.
+ Install insulation materials.
+ Inspect and ensure proper application of insulation tape over trace material.
+ Crawl into small spaces for installation and troubleshooting.
+ Ensure the installed product is functioning correctly and perform start-up procedures.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 year of technical-related experience or mechanical equipment assembly.
+ Electrical aptitude with experience in installation or troubleshooting electrical components.
+ Ability to work in confined spaces.
+ Capability to lift up to 50lbs.
+ OSHA 10 certification.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in HVAC maintenance, construction labor, and mechanical work.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools.
+ Attention to detail and hands-on skills.

**Work Environment**
