Job Overview

The Associate Install Technician is responsible for assisting with both the installation and post-install service and repair of Infinity window and door products. Under the direction of the Lead Installer, this position assists with basic job site tasks and begins to execute product installation and removal, site setups and tear downs/cleanups, product preparation in warehouse, and the service and repair of our products post-install.

Highlights of your role

* Performs basic job site tasks associated with window and door installations utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry.

* Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers.

* Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties including customers and Infinity production team.

* Provide post-sales support for Infinity windows and doors.

* Professional, timely communication with all customers and support staff that will allow us to fulfill our mission of delivering a game changing customer experience.

* Clear, concise jobsite documentation that provides insight to the support staff to facilitate timely closure of all service requests.

* Manage and maintain company issued assets, i.e. trucks, tools, phone and computer/notepad.

* Manage personal safety, customer jobsite, and personal appearance.

Salary Range

$18-$21 per hour based on experience

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

* Completed trade or certification program in a related field.

* Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.

* Must meet the Federal Department of Transportation medical certification requirements (Physical) and driver eligibility.

* Must be able to meet physical requirements of position including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders and scaffolding.
