Always will be the last Saturday of the Allegion financial calendar monthBased on workload, additional overtime may be needed and/or required.What You Will Do:Billing validation, creating the invoice, put billing package together depending on customer requirements/specifications, ensuring that the data is processed accurately and in a timely fashion. Maintain organized, accurate and complete billing files.Determine method of delivery based on customer specifications.Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and others involved in the billing process.Be the key resource for billing support for your assigned branches/customers.Must be able to recognize confidentiality issues and protect such information from inappropriate disclosure.Problem solving and resolution – identifying issues and following through to resolution with the necessary individuals.Employees will also perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by their immediate supervisor or manager.Respond to external/internal emails in a timely manner.Communicate effectively when issues arise.Employees will also perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by their immediate supervisor or manager.What You Need to Succeed:2+ years of billing experienceNotary (If not a notary, will need to become one when hired)Solid Computer Skills including email, MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel, and electronic spreadsheet skillsWorking knowledge of SAP (preferred)Excellent communications skills; both written and verbalAbility to be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skillsAbility to overcome obstacles, encounter the unexpected and continue moving forwardAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentAble to work well with a team as well as individuallySelf motivated and reliableMust have a strong desire to learnHigh School diploma or GEDWhy Work for Us?Allegion is a Great Place to Grow your Career if:You're seeking a rewarding opportunity that allows you to truly help others.
