Emerald City Energy, one of the northwest's leading window and door installation companies is seeking a dynamic and energetic installation Project Coordinator to join our team. Our reputation is built on providing excellent service and communication, with a customer-centric approach to everything we do, every day. A positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to think on your feet are required to qualify for this position. Home improvement industry experience, and specifically window/door industry experience a huge plus.

Your day with us might include confirming customer appointments, checking and updating order status, providing updates to customers, emailing or mailing customer requested information, maintaining our project management system, ordering from manufacturers and more. Duties may change over time to best fit our candidate's skill set.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, Adobe Acrobat

- Customer care background

- Construction industry scheduling experience

- Attention to detail

- Able to keep up/fast learner

- Organization

- Reliability

Hours are 8:30-5:00PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility possible.

Compensation dependent on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
