Job Description:
Overview:The Installation Coordinator at TCS plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of installation services. They work closely with the Regional Installation Manager, Installation Technicians, and Assistants to maintain high standards of customer service, manage manufacturing outputs, and support field operations. This full-time, hourly position is based in Aberdeen, MD and requires some travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Regional Installation Manager on all installation business aspects.
  • Manage and verify the quality and completeness of orders from distribution/manufacturing sites.
  • Monitor installation availability and capacity.
  • Ensure installers have necessary tools and materials.
  • Provide phone support to field technicians and assistants.
  • Assist in training and developing new and existing installers.
  • Manage daily check-in/check-out of van keys and garage remotes.
  • Perform weekly van checks to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Maintain open communication with the management team and other departments.
  • Deliver products to installers and assist with unloading/staging.
  • Perform customer installations and service orders as needed.
  • Maintain accuracy and competency levels among installers.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain punctuality and a consistent work schedule.
  • Handle confidential company and customer information discreetly.
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as requested.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to embody the TCS brand values: matchless, fun, authentic, team-focused, and life-changing.
  • Flexible and positive attitude with a passion for knowledge.
  • College degree, preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in installation/management/contractor relations.
  • Able to commute to Aberdeen, MD area.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 25% annually, as required.
  • Capability to work alertly and safely.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Commitment to scheduled hours with flexibility for additional hours.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on high-value tasks
