To effectively and efficiently provide the highest level of service and response to clients by executing the hardscape and/or landscape plan with great attention to detail, working closely with a team, and remaining knowledgeable in the field to provide the best level of service.
**Description**
Create beautiful environments by providing landscape maintenance support to a variety of residential and commercial properties. Safely operate commercial grade landscaping equipment and ensure the upkeep of plant material and other landscaping elements.
**Responsibilities**
* Assist in loading equipment for daily jobs.
* Utilize pruning and trimming equipment to maintain trees and shrubs on client property.
* Install mulch and sod.
* Remove grass and plants.
* Trimming/ blowing/ planting/ weeding/ and other landscape detail work as needed.
* Haul and/or spread topsoil/dirt with the proper tools.
* Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs.
* Dig trenches.
* Use hand equipment with mechanized moving blades such as gas powered shears.
* Use manual hand tools such as shovels, rakes, picks and wheelbarrows.
* Move soil, equipment, and materials.
* Operate landscaping power equipment, mowers, trimmers and blowers.

**Minimum Qualifications & Educational Requirements**
* **High school diploma or equivalent.**
* **2-3 years related industry experience**
* **Spanish language a plus**
* **Knowledge of computer applications. (i.e. Gsuite)**
* **Must be able to perform physical labor for prolonged periods of time in a wide range of climatic conditions including extremes of heat and cold.**
* **Must be able to lift and carry objects 50 to 90 pounds.**
* **Must have a current drivers license and driving record that meets established requirements.**
* **Ability to drive a truck with a trailer.**
* **Ability to maintain and personify our core values - positive attitude, customer first, professionalism, dedicated, and have a desire to succeed.**
* **Must be 23 or older for insurance purposes.**
* **Be able to pass a drug test and background check.**
