We are looking for hard working individuals with a can-do attitude who enjoy learning new skills and using cool equipment. We are willing to train the right people, with the right mindset, in all the skills listed below. Offering competitive pay and room for growth in our team, our company provides a healthy work-life balance with overtime as the exception not the rule.RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:•Assist with basic tasks such as carrying materials, setting up equipment, and cleaning work areas.•Have knowledge of hand tools, power tools and other common construction equipment. •Have the ability to read and understand blueprints, plans, and drawings. •Basic construction skills such as measuring, cutting, drilling and fastening materials. •Adhere to all safety requirements including using appropriate PPE. •Assist in the handling, storage, loading and unloading of materials needed for each project. •Assist in installing signs, their related components and perform basic construction tasks as directed. •Must be comfortable working at extreme heights in all weather conditions. Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:•At least 6 months general construction knowledge•Background with concrete/welding/electrical/assembly is preferred•Valid driver's license •OSHA 10 - preferred •Forklift experience - preferred but not necessary•Welding experience - preferred but not necessary•Scissor lift/boom lift - preferred but not necessary•Crane NCCCO - preferred but not necessary•CDL - preferred but not necessaryPhysical Requirements:•Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and move. •Must be able to lift and carry items weighing 80+ pounds. •Must be able to lift, squat, bend, kneel, reach, pull and push heavy items.•Must be able to safely use a ladder.•Must be able to work in outdoors in conditions from -10F-100F depending on the time of year.Additional Eligibility Qualifications: •Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.Benefits:•Health insurance.•Life insurance.•Paid time off.•Vision insurance.•401K with match.Salary Description $23 - $40 DOE
