The Installation Technician/Service Support will primarily install product-dispensing systems and complete dispenser repairs at end users locations. The role also entails completing dispenser site surveys when needed. This individual will serve as an internal liaison between Customer and Americhem, and will participate with equipment planned maintenance and clean up for Americhem's demo/rental fleet line. Responsibilities:
- Commute via vehicle to different locations to assist customers and/or Vendors with product systems, repairs, and general product questions.
- Conduct Dispenser site surveys.
- Deliver and set up dispensers accurately/
- Complete appropriate administrative paperwork timely and efficiently.
- Participate with equipment planned maintenance and clean up for Americhem's demo/rental fleet line.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Skills Required:
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to operate and drive box trucks and commercial vans (non-CDL).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
