Your primary duties would include assisting with specialty security systems installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within the customer's residence. It is expected you should be customer-oriented, confident in asking questions for discovery, able to work independently and effectively take directions, and responsible for task completion. In addition, continue to enhance the corporate culture of Martin Systems, and promote the team atmosphere we are striving for.Job Responsibilities:Install, Service, and Inspect:Security Alarm SystemsSurveillance Cameras and Video RecordersAudio/HD Video SystemsInternet and Local Area Networking InstallationsSmart Home Control SystemsAbility to use mobile apps in the field and work with a remote team to get systems setup and running.Combine physical work of installing devices with software programming of the installed product.Ability to walk clients through hands-on demonstration of installed systems.Qualifications Desired:Previous experience in working on new construction homes.Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude.Experience in alarm and surveillance systems.Experience with modern Audio/Video technologies.Experience in internet networking.Experience installing and configuring smart home devices.Experience with termination of cat-5e/6, coaxial, and other cabling.Valid driver's license with clean driving record.Thorough background check is required.High school diploma or equivalent.Confident working with power and hand tools.Ability to take accurate measurements and read blueprints.Ability to work on step ladders, extension ladders, or lifts.Must work well in a team atmosphere as well as on your own.#J-18808-Ljbffr
