They typically start their days at our Operations Center in Norton, MA (right off of Route 495) and the
hours are Monday - Friday, 6:30am-3:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.What to expect working for Yale:- Consistent work.

Your Day-to-Day:- Installing and servicing a variety of home appliances.
- Interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide instructions.
- Provide support and guidance/training to Install Assistants.
- Maintain ongoing training, documentation, and maintenance of approvals for install department.
- Traveling to different job sites with company-provided transportation.
- Maintenance and upkeep of Yale-supplied materials and equipment as needed in the performance of your duties.
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience installing all home appliances (cooking, dishwashers, and refrigerators including built-in and panel overlays).
- Must have good computer skills and be comfortable navigating different computer systems, emailing, using the internet, etc.
- Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
- Great time management skills.
- The desire to learn new things, ask questions, and communicate.
- Neat, clean, tidy, and professional appearance.
