- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing concrete floors for coating or polishing.
- Apply epoxy coatings, polished concrete finishes, and other specialized flooring systems.
- Operate surface preparation equipment such as grinders, sanders, and polishers.
- Ensure proper mixing and application of coatings to achieve desired results.
- Follow project specifications and safety guidelines during installations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Perform quality checks to ensure projects meet company and client standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Previous experience in flooring installation, particularly in concrete coatings, is preferred.
- Knowledge of epoxy coatings, polished concrete, resurfacing, and other concrete flooring solutions.
- Ability to operate flooring tools and machinery such as grinders and polishers.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to travel to job sites across the service areas.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
