Position Title: InstallerWage: $18.50/hourShift: 1stHours: 7am-3:30pmIf you have electrical and automotive up fitting experience, then QPS has the perfect position for you. We are hiring an Installer for a company in Kansas City, MO. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude. This is a contract to hire role.Installer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Follow instruction sheet to properly assemble pieces into vehicles- Identify and correct defects in product or workmanship- Use hand tools to assemble and attach pieces- Use air tools to assemble pieces after being trained- Ensure implementation of quality and safety procedures- Maintain a clean and orderly work areaInstaller Requirements:- High school diploma- Must be experienced with using hand and power tools- Previous experience in automotive or electrical assembly a plus, electrical assembly preferred- Previous up fitting experience- Regularly lift 50lbs or 75lbs as a team lift- Must be able to stand for entire shift- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel as needed- Strong mechanical aptitude- Must have a positive attitude and be able to take constructive criticism- Ability to read and understand work instructions- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Reliable transportationQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
