Job Description:
The Institutional Account Manager is the relationship lead for Institution and Government customer accounts. The IAM is responsible for key accounts in a geographical area. The significant effort of the IAM is to increase training for the end user and revenue for the company while building and creating strong ties between BioHorizons and major accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales goals and account management of existing and new business within current key accounts, including assigned Universities, Hospital Residency Clinics, Community Health Clinics, and Federal, State, and Local Government Accounts. Works to acquire new business by identifying strategies to gain implant, prosthetic, digital, and biologic business in the Institution/Government business segment. Maximize sales revenue and meet all corporate sales objectives. Assures regular engagement with dental Directors, Chairmen, Purchasing Agents, faculty, and residents. Leads and trains internal and external stakeholders to support BioHorizons' Institution and Government business segments. Completes required reports, logs all activities promptly, and ensures compliance with all BioHorizons customer interfaces. Attends conventions and meetings. Participates in and supports special projects, marketing launch plans, and new product sales objectives and performs other duties as required. Qualifications: Strong negotiating and sales skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication, planning, organization, presentation and public speaking skills, independent decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Understand, interpret, and act on financial information contributing to business profitability. Plan and manage complex and successful projects to include timeline and budget. Influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities, manage conflict, and navigate politics. Lead virtual presentations. Outstanding in multiple technical and business skills. Must be able to travel extensively. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 3+ years of sales growth in complex, large, high-growth markets. Previous government/institution experience preferred.
