Chandler School is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Instructional Assistant for the remainder of 2024-2025 school year starting on December 2, 2024. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:35 AM - 3:35 PM. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree with relevant experience considered; - Experience working with primary-age students;- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to meet the needs of every student;- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.Additional Information: - Full-time position - Benefit eligible that includes health insurance (25% employee contribution), dental, life, short-term disability, long-term disability, vision insurance, pet insurance, life insurance, and an employee assistance program. Our school is a Preschool - 2 early childhood school with 650 students and 140 dedicated staff members.
