We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic in-person Instructional Assistants throughout the state of Pennsylvania to support children attending cyber schools. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with students in a hands-on learning environment. We are looking for personal care assistants in Fayette County, PA (Masontown) Key Responsibilities: Assist students with their online coursework and provide additional explanations and support as needed. Assist students with navigating online learning platforms and technology, Facilitate a positive and engaging learning environment. Help students stay organized and on track with their assignments and deadlines. Monitor and support students during virtual classes, ensuring they understand the material and stay focused. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and cyber school staff to ensure student success. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or coursework in education is a plus, and willing to complete 20 hours of state mandated training Must have or be willing to get all required clearances to work in schools in the state of Pennsylvania. Clearances must be less than 1 year old. Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to the needs of individual students. Reliable, organized, and punctual. CPR and First Aid training required Why Join Us?
