Come join our team of dedicated educators and help support their instruction by assisting students with remedial work, independent studies, specialized areas of need and/or enrichment programs. Instructional Assistants may work within learning support, autistic support, emotional support, or life skills support settings. Spring-Ford Area School District Welcome Video! One Full Time 10-month position available at Spring-Ford's Royersford Elementary School. Experience working with students with special needs is preferred but not required. Must meet the Paraprofessional Highly Qualified Requirements: All individuals entering the paraprofessional field are required to be Highly Qualified. Individuals are required to hold an Associate's degree or higher, or have earned at least 48 credits post-secondary training or have passed a rigorous local assessment in reading, writing and mathematics.
