This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modernizing training materials, managing learning systems, and developing effective assessments. What You'll Do at Justrite:
- PowerPoint Design Enhancement
- Update existing PowerPoint presentations to align with adult learning principles
- Implement engaging visual elements and interactive features
- Ensure consistency in branding and design across all training materials Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Assist in day-to-day management of the company's LMS
- Upload and organize course content
- Generate reports on learner progress and course completion
- Troubleshoot basic user issues and escalate complex problems Assessment Development
- Create various types of assessments for training courses (e.g., multiple-choice quizzes, case studies, scenario-based questions)
- Align assessments with learning objectives and course content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of assessment items
