Location: Cranston, RI (Hybrid Schedule 3 onsite, 2 remote) First 90 days full onsite

Position: Instructional Design Specialist

Software: Cornerstone and Greenhouse

Salary: 60-78k + 10% bonus

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Instruction Design experience
• Mindset of learning and development and technology
• Experience creating job aids, digital and print job aids
• Cornerstone experience or related LMS Software
• Greenhouse experience or related ATS System
