We are seeking a dynamic and professional Trainer with a strong background in instructional design to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver effective training programs that drive employee engagement and enhance learning outcomes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders (employees, quality audit and leadership) to assess training needs, create instructional materials, and facilitate learning experiences that are aligned with business goals. Essential Functions:

  • Training Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct engaging and effective virtual training sessions for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Instructional Design: Develop customized training programs, courses, and materials based on the needs of the business, utilizing a variety of instructional methods (e.g., e-learnings, webinars, instructor-led sessions).
  • Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess skills gaps and identify training needs across different departments.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and maintain comprehensive training curricula that align with business goals and based on proven adult learning principles.
  • Evaluation & Feedback: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, and adjust content and delivery methods as necessary.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage modern learning technologies and tools (such as LMS platform, multimedia content, and e-learning software) to enhance learning experiences.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment between training programs and organizational goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with trends in training, instructional design and adult learning methodologies to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of training initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • This position requires 0-5% travel.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional Trainer, with at least 1 year focused on instructional design.
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering both instructor-led and e-learning training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and training evaluation methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick's Model).
  • Proven experience working in a fully remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate remote learners effectively.
  • Self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated strong decision-making, critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong technical skills, with proven proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, with experience in health insurance or pharmacy background.

Preferred Education & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar software).
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack or similar platforms.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive virtual learning experiences.
  • Experience with asynchronous learning tools and strategies to support remote training initiatives.
  • Strong digital literacy and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues during virtual training sessions.
  • Excel working in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Goal oriented, with a high level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering the highest quality outcomes.
