Job Title: Instructional Technologist
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

Position Overview:
Join our Field Learning Management System (LMS) team as an Instructional Technologist supporting Docebo LMS. You'll manage day-to-day administration, troubleshoot issues, and enhance learning experiences for field learners at our Fortune 500 client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Docebo LMS: Manage content, troubleshoot issues, and oversee user access/roles.
- Streamline processes to enhance LMS content management efficiency.
- Provide exceptional learner support via calls, emails, and tickets.
- Develop and deliver LMS training (in-person/virtual), including guides and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and stakeholders on system enhancements and requirements.
- Monitor Docebo updates and integration opportunities to improve user experience.
- Support Workday LMS for field and home office users when needed.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in learning assignments and processes.
- Generate reports and maintain learning solution metrics.
- Facilitate integration with course authoring tools (Storyline, Rise) for a cohesive user experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in instructional technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years managing LMS administration in a corporate training environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Must-Have: Docebo LMS, Workday LMS, SCORM (1.2 & 2004), technical documentation
- Nice-to-Have: API integration, Articulate Studio, CSS, xAPI
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
