An Associate Degree or higher in any discipline A minimum of seven (7) years or equivalent (14,000 hours) of experience as a licensed EMT, AEMT; Intermediate or Paramedic at or above level taught with required licensure. Occupational Experience Must have two (2) years full-time or equivalent (4.000 hours) of experience as a licensed EMT, AEMT, Intermediate, or Paramedic at or above the level to be taught. In addition, one of the following must be met:
One year of work experience must have occurred within the last five years OR Two years of teaching Emergency Medical Services course work at the post-secondary level within the last five years*One (1) year of teaching experience equivalent two (2) semesters full-time or four (4) semesters part-time - per State of Wisconsin Legislature Administrative Code TCS3 3.04}Required Licensure Must hold at least one of the following:
- Current State of WI EMT-Basic
- Current State of WI Intermediate Technician (AEMT) license
- Current State of WI Intermediate license
