DescriptionEssential Job Functions: Reads and interprets design specificationsInstalls Electro/Pneumatic/Hydraulic instrument and associated tubing per client specifications.Drives from site to site as needed to perform tasks assigned and installation work.Attends training sessions, seminars and appropriate educational classes required by departmentOther duties as assignedRequired Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma, or equivalent. Vocational training/certification or other postsecondary education directly relative to position is preferred.Work Experience: Five (5) years' experience with the installation of common oilfield instrumentation and associated tubing, valves, drains, etc.License/Certifications:Valid driver license with clean driving recordOSHA 10 certification, or ability to obtain upon hireH2S certification, or ability to obtain upon hirePost Job Offer Requirements:Take and pass a pre-employment drug testAlaska North Slope locations only: Take and pass a Fit-for-Duty ExaminationKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Ability to read maps, and navigate to remote locations.Ability to plan and organize within a work schedule.Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions.Computer skills commensurate with program and job applicationsMust be able to take direction and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.Physical Demand/Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
