We tailor the role to meet your skills & motivation.THE ROLEStatus: Full Time, Hourly EmployeeRelevant Work Experience: Candidate MUST have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related position.Qualifications:Must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic.Must be a detail-oriented individual who works well in a team environment.Knowledge of survey equipment, language, and procedures.Major Duties:Handle the instrument and data collector with extreme care.Understand proper equipment maintenance procedures.Setup the instrument correctly and properly start a VRS or RTK survey.Follow established ACRO procedures for traverse network and boundary locations.Work with other field staff to understand the difference in scope between an ALTA and topographic survey.Carry up to 50 pounds over uneven terrain.Understand survey field code and line code use.Work with other field staff to build strong working relationships.Benefits: Our complete benefits package includes health insurance, vacation and sick pay, personal time off, bonuses, and participation in the company's 401(k) plan.We expect you & the role to evolve with us.WHAT YOU HAVEAs a member of our team, you are an exceptional communicator in a professional and collaborative manner both internally and with our external partners.
