- High school diploma or GED required; Technical Degree in Industrial Electrical or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in electrical and controls maintenance; lesser experience may be considered for a developmental role.
- Expertise in handling electrical distribution systems up to 480V.
- Proficiency with industrial automation, particularly Siemens PLCs and Wonderware, is advantageous.
- Drafting skills in AutoCAD or similar software are a plus.
- Able to operate or become certified to use various powered industrial vehicles.
- Strong command over software ranging from database processing to CMMS.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in various environmental conditions.
