Any issues should be brought to the immediate attention of the area supervisor of the manager.
Preform calibrations on process equipment and maintain recordsMaintain and lead repairs of cookers and process equipmentImprove functionality of existing equipment and controlsDesign/Install control systemsLead or participate in continuous improvement projectsAssist the Director of Engineering with Capitol ProjectsHelp with day-to-day administration of the Engineering and Maintenance DeptMaintain accurate records pertaining to work performedMaintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communicating and helping co-workersOther tasks assigned by Supervisor(reports to the Maintenance Supervisor)Skills and Abilities:- Experience and working knowledge of chart recorders, RTD's, calibration test equipment, multimeters, PLC's, ability to read electrical schematics, work with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and steam systems on cookers.
- Write project reports.
- Proficiency in ladder logic design is a must using Allen Bradley hardware/software.
- Must have the ability to keep records and information pertaining to all activities.
- Proficiency in Auto Cad, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project
- Ability to express ideas and work in a team environment.

Schedule:
- 1st Shift -6am-230pm
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime mandatory as needed.
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday, working days may vary based on the season.
- Weekend availability
