A great fit for a Military Electronics Technician with 2 years education and 4 years + experience with electronics maintenance. This role is responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance on instrumentation components and systems as well as testing of various controls equipment. Technicians will be enrolled in the Maintenance accredited training program and be required to complete 100 hours of training annually. Emergency Response organization roles will be assigned, including 4 section duty rotation. This requires 1 week every month of availability to respond to an emergency condition at the plant, in addition to normal duties. Outage roles require 12 hour rotating shift work for 1 month per year (typically during the February/March time-frame). These are the challenges of the role.
