What You'll Do:

• Install fiberglass batts, blankets, and blown insulation in multi-story residential buildings/homes.
• Aid in the removal and proper disposal of existing insulation materials as part of retrofit or replacement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance

What You'll Bring:

• Insuation/HVAC experience preferred but not required
• An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
• Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test
