Job DetailsJob LocationBanker Insulation Inc. - Kingman - Kingman, AZSalary Range$16.00 HourlyJob ShiftDayDescriptionAs an Insulation Installer at Banker Insulation, you will play a vital role in our installation projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:Adhering to all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures of Banker Insulation to ensure a safe working environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring installations meet industry standards.Working as part of a team to install insulation products and ensuring proper application techniques and coverage for optimal insulation performance.Residential installation of fiberglass batts, blankets, and blown insulation in multi-story buildings/homes.Assisting in the removal and disposal of old or removed insulation materials as part of retrofit or replacement projects.Collaborating with other team members, such as project managers, sales personnel, and coordinators, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address any installation or product-related issues that may arise.Employment may be contingent on successfully passing a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable law.QualificationsAttend and pass all required training and certification courses assigned.Construction experience is required.Ability to withstand exposure to heat, dust, and various weather and construction site conditions.Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds at multi-story residential sites and commercial buildings, work at heights, and safely maneuver in small and non-climate-controlled environments such as attics and crawlspaces.Valid driver's license, at least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States.Driving a company-supplied vehicle/box truck to and from the jobsite, following all traffic and safety regulations.Physical capability to lift and carry up to 30-50lbs.Benefits and Compensation:At Banker Insulation, we value our employees and offer the following benefits:Piece rate pay plan after completing training, providing an opportunity for increased earnings based on productivity.Weekly payment for installers.Join our team and be a part of our commitment to excellence in insulation services.We appreciate your interest in Banker Insulation and look forward to reviewing your application.
